Matthew J. Lyon

As both a cofounder of the company and a Gen 2 member of the original client family, Matt provides strategic direction for all activities at PrideCo. Matt brings extensive experience as a leader of both operating and investment companies.

Prior to forming PrideCo, Matt has led consumer products companies in the bicycling and outdoor industries for over 30+ years, including 25 years at his own company, Hydrapak. Previously, he worked at Drexel Burnham Lambert in Beverly Hills and at Shamrock Holdings. Matt holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University and a MBA/MS from Stanford University.

HUY D. DO, CPA

Huy is responsible for managing the operational staff, fund and joint venture oversight, and family office management at PrideCo. Prior to his 19 years at PrideCo, he has experience in strategy, audit, operational finance, and management. Huy has held positions at Wells Fargo, Arthur Andersen, and Aramark.

A graduate of Pepperdine University, Huy received a BS in Accounting. Additionally, he completed his MBA, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, at the University of Southern California. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and holds a Real Estate Broker License, DRE #: 02129495

BRANDON J. SMALL, CFA, CPA, CFP

Brandon provides operational support in banking and fund management at PrideCo. He was been with company since its inception and brings institutional knowledge as a shareholder.

Prior to 21 years at PrideCo, Brandon received his BS in Finance and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Minnesota and holds both Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Financial Planner designations. LinkedIn

Rosalie Mandala

Rosalie is responsible for accounting, payables, and office administration for the family office. Prior to PrideCo, Rosalie spent 29 years at Disney, Inc. in various roles in Finance.
